Kangaskhan is only avalible in the Safari Zone, but its impossible to catch there. So ThePokeCheat has a way to get one!

Heard those rumors or seen a Missingno? Believe they only give infinity items? Well sorry to bust your bubble! There is another way to get something out of this virus!

All you need is a empty party slot for Pokemon, a Pokemon that can Fly to Cinnabar Island and Viridian City, a Pokemon that can Surf, an Ultra Ball, and a Rare Candy.
Go to Viridian and talk to the man who teaches you how to catch Pokemon. Watch the demonstration and then Fly to Cinnabar Island. Make sure you have an Ultra Ball, Rare Candy, and open slot. Put the Rare Candy in the sixth item spot, and Surf up and down on the right side of the island.
Missingno will pop up sooner or later, and when he does, catch him. WARNING!: If you do not have an empty slot, and Missingno is sent to Bill's PC, it will mess up your game!
Now that you have Missingno in your party, give him a Rare Candy. No matter what level you caught it at, it will go to level one a it will evolve.
Guess what? Thats right! You now have Kangaskhan! That little Missingno changed into a Kangaskhan!
